OE problem - OT

I know this is off topic, but figured someone might know something about
this. Outlook Express has decided to remove attacthments from my e-mail.
Normally I wouldn't care, but this time I was expecting to recieve an
attatchment from someone and OE won't let me have it. It says "The following
unsafe attatchments were removed: blah" Since when did M$ decide for me what
I want to receive or not? If anyone knows how I can retrieve this
attatchment, please let me know. You can contact me off list. BTW, I do have
a message rule for attatchments, but all it is supposed to do is move e-mail
with attatchments to a different folder, not delete them.
