Form output in framed pages

I have a search form that sends form output to another page with the typical
<INPUT TYPE="hidden" NAME="PAGE" VALUE="searchresults.html">

Is there a way to sent the output of a form to a specific frame within
"searchresults.html", which is a separate page from the page with the form?

Hey, what can I say?  Stupid questions give me a reason to be; otherwise,
I'd probably be useless.
