CSS question

Happy New Year.

I was wondering if anyone could help me.  CSS padding does not seem to be
working for a td element under IE6, XP Pro.  It does work in IE in 5.5, it
does not work in Mozilla 0.9.5

Here is the class:

.content {
background-color: #FFFFFF;
border-top: #000166 solid 1px;
padding: 10 10 10 10;
}

Any ideas?
