I downloaded this one and it did the job on hundreds of files in under a
minute. I changed all the links to relative links so should never have the
problem again. Great little program, thanks.

But there are lots of others that will do a mass search and replace of text.
Depending on what you're hosting the site on, you might even want to use
code to put in the server address on the fly.  That way if you ever move
again, you don't have to update the pages again.
