What exactly are you looking for?  I had a client also receive this big
scary document, and it talked about huge fines after the first of the year
and that folks wouldn't be able to use their physical terminals for card
purchases made online, that they would be forced to use online terminals and
real time card processors only.  I called and talked to several credit card
companies and they had no clue what I was talking about.  Turns out it was a
scare tactic that was sent to people to sign up for a particular service.

So give me more details of the email that you recieved and I can probably
tell you who to contact and can give you the info you need.
