Well, it all depends on what your target audience is.  If it's just a joke
site for anyone and everyone, then I'd say the decision is up to you.

And how offensive are these adult jokes?  If they're really bad and have
swearing, extreme sex topics, disgusting violence, and all that other stuff,
then I would separate them from the more general jokes.

But it all depends on your decision and the jokes you have.

PS:  The only reason they would be separated is so that those who don't want
to view them don't have to.  It's not like you're going to stop under-age
kids from looking at them.
