Fixing the size in pixels for image to be uploading

Hi all,

we are making a website in which we are using the component  "ASP Upload" to
allow the user to upload an image on to the server. The problem is that the
client wants to fix the size of the image that is to be uploaded to 780x450
pixels.

As per my knowledge ASP UPLOAD provides the functionality to have a fix on
the size of the file ( in Kb & Mb) but not in pixels.

Is there any way to achieve this by using ASP Upload or any other package
