Elizabeth,

The simplest way is to just have a hyperlink and/or small gif that links to
the presentation on the site. This way even people with hotmail accounts,
etc. (plain text email recipients) are covered and you don't cram people's
email boxes full and tick people off and make them wait for a huge email
download.
