What a timely email. As fortune would have it, the answer is found in a
previous reply posted less than 24 hours before the question was asked. ;-)
In the mssg "Re: style sheet font size" Tamara Abbey pointed out the link to
Internet Developer site
http://developer.apple.com/internet/_fonts/fonts_gallery.html. Besides being
a great bookmark for font size issues, there is also a pretty good section
on some HTML. The first article there talks pretty plainly about the DTD and
the consequences of including or excluding it.
