No Frames

I use a one line javascript on my website so that it breaks out of any frame
a link might put me in, I don't like to be in someone else's frameset.

Is there anything I can do when someone links to my site putting me in a
"new" window, to close the previous website and be the only window open as
if I was a regular link?

This is probably antisocial behaviour - but I'd be interested in knowing if
it's possible.
