Lisa,
Check out www.skynetweb.com. I lease a Cobalt RaQ3 webserver appliance from
them that runs Linux and Apache. They give root telnet access and a
webadmin interface that makes it incredibly easy to set up accounts. I use
mine as a web host, email server, and DNS server. I've been down once when
someone hacked into the server, and it was back up in a day. Other than
that, no downtime in 2 years, even for updates.
