Ahhh, the beloved <snicker> "Geocities Floating Logo", so named because of
all the flap that arose when Geocities chose to automatically brand all
their subscribers' pages with it. Others have gone on to modify it, and if
a person is so persuaded, they can grab the script to do just that at
http://www.zdnet.com/devhead/resources/scriptlibrary/javascript/effects.html
under, appropriately enough, GeoCities Floating Logo.
