I've been using PayPal regularly for over a year. I pay eBay vendors with
it, I've hooked it up for clients and I receive payments from a client who
uses PayPal exclusively to process his own incoming payments.

None of this is any guarantee that all issues with the system have been
resolved, but PP has come a long way from the days when they used to freeze
accounts without warning. IMO, it's a viable option, especially for the
smaller vender.

I had heard a lot of bad things about paypal, but I went ahead and used it
on a small site and we haven't had a problem at all (knock on wood of
course) but we used their shopping cart, etc.

And believe me when I say I was very nervous about it. But the customers
wanted to USE paypal and preferred to pay that way.........soooooo
