Yes, you need to call them and have them look for it.  I have
been through this so many times, I have it down to an art now.
When you have the customer fax the "letter" you also have them
mail it too, and then wait  48 hrs then call them.  Those faxes sit
in a pile and they get them on a first come first serve basis. (as I was
told by their rep)
So if nothing is done after 48 hours you need to call,  I have had them
loose the fax, and had to resend it three times.    Once they find it
the actions can take place that day.  But they have to locate that fax.
