I know you said you chmoded the perl file 755, but did you chmod the
directory "/MESSAGES" and the file "WWWBOARD.HTML" to 777, so they can be
written to?
I'm guessing you did, since you said there was data in the flat file, so it
must have the right permissions, but I just wanted to cover everything.
