Imagemap problems

I am having a problem getting multiple imagemaps to work with netscape. 
The test page is at http://www.macc.edu/~online/paula/

It is the second imagemap(at the bottom) that won't work. I works in IE
just fine.

Any suggestions will be appreciated!
