"cascading" forms?

Hi, can anyone recommend a tutorial for creating "cascading" forms (not sure
if that's the appropriate terminology) where you have a form with several
listboxes for example, and whatever shows up in subsequent list boxes is
dependant on what the user chooses in the first ones. I assume it's
javascript, but I'd love to hear any ideas.
