Hi,
I would like to add my tid bit for what it is worth.

I was in a similiar situation... I had a site on a free server (mistake)
before I registered my domain.
I also had..."Coming Soon"... I had done a search and noticed that the
domain name I wanted
was available...so, I was not in any hurry.. (mistake again).

Well, I will tell you this... When I finally got around to registering the
domain name...
It had been registered 2 days prior and I was mad!
I had great plans for my site, but because I did not snatch it up... someone
beat me to it.
But, really that is ok because, I did not move on it.

Now, for the rest of the story...
inspiredgraphics.com is the domain I had wanted initially...
I had to register inspired-graphics.com because of the obvious...

Not only did someone get "my" domain... but when they went online... they
stole my whole site...
Saved my graphics and copied my html. I worked hard... designing my site, my
own graphics.
I do not believe anyone has the right, morally to copy, take anothers work.
Although, it happens all the
time.
This was my experience... Had I been quicker I would have the domain today.

Here is what I think about your situation.... Go For It!
If they have not registered yet, it is anyone's domain...
