Javascript problems with NN 6.2

Hello all--

The problem page is:

I'm using JS for calculation and validation.  It works fine in IE 5.5 and
6.0 and NN 4.67, but nothing happens in NN 6.2.  Can anyone tell me why?

By the way, one of you might recognize the calculation script because you
posted a link to it a few weeks ago in response to someone else's
question...thank you!
