Is there a way to make a logo at the top stay in view as the page is
scrolled, like some menu bars do? I'd like to have the top logo always
stay on screen without having to use frames. Or, for cross-browser
purposes, would frames be better? I've been looking for dhtml scripts,
but can't find what I want.
