Don't know about a program that does that....  we have been ripped off about
every six months - usually by new websites.  I always get told the same
thing - "Our webmaster is a student in college and he didn't know any
better" or "I didn't know thiose were copyrighted."

When we were ripped off, they copied the images and renamed them usually.
The only way we can keep track is by periodically going through similar
sites looking for our images.  When we find them, we send them a letter.
