Why would you want to hide it? You could use frames as others have
suggested, but this makes it annoying for the end user, because they can't
bookmark anything except your root URL. Sure, they could get around that by
right-clicking on the page, going to "Properties" (I use IE as an example),
copy the "true" link, paste that into their browser and THEN bookmark the
page, but if they're savvy enough to do all that then the frames trick is
pretty useless (and annoying).
