True about the layout thing, but that's part of the acknowledged pain of
breaking away from the haphazardly-grown-but-firmly-entrenched current
system. Until the those with older platforms are motivated to change, there
will always be that issue. It's actually a whole different can of worms and,
as I am sure everyone knows by now, a major sidetrack from the main thread!

Good question on the second one.  I've recently learned that at least some
professionals counsel the use of HMTL 3.2 Final for HTML email.  I believe
OE6 handles CSS well enough, but it relies on the IE6 engine. I could check
it with KMail and a couple of other Linux clients - if I get up the
motivation....:).

Another weird question - many browsers now let you
send a page to somone else via email. Many mail
clients render HTML in email. If someone emails a web
page that depends on CSS for its formatting, how well
does it come across in mail clients?
