Need some help with a JavaScript problem

Clear Day I belong to a board, that supposedly when you click the underlined
*name* you are supposed to be taken to their profile page. but I can't it to
work, I click on it but nothing happens, all that happens I have this:

 javascript:Start3('wsmbb.cgi?USER+drm')

in the bottom of my browser bar.  I am not sure how to *fix* this as
everyone else on the board seems not to have any trouble.

Can anyone lend me a hand?
