Cbirds,
- because they all have the same name - you only use that format for an
option set. The last one clicked is submitted. Try volunteer1, volunteer2
etc.

multiple answers, that is, the user can select all three. There are no
others. Why am I only getting ONE answer back in the mailform
when coded thusly?
