Redirect For WebTV

Okay, lets get on with it here. I am working on a way to redirect my
visitors who are using WebTV (20%) to a page that can be compatible. Any
suggestions. It seems that the WebTV browser cannot see my splash page as it
is done in DHTML??? Also my Menu cannot be seen. Suggestions please as to
what I can do with a redirect. I have been all over the web.
