The problem was we had the DNS settings wrong. Some people could see =
the
sites, others got "page not found" or "Server not found" errors. =
Tonight we
checked the dns servers and found they were incorrectly set up. We =
fixed
that and it looks like we've solved the problem.
There is a wonderful resource I had no idea was there until yesterday. =
Have
a look at =
http://www.dnsreport.com/tools/dnsreport.ch?domain=3Dleverage.com.au
and see what it tells you. There are no FAIL reports on that now, but =
there
were a couple of critical "FAIL"s in there. Also put in msnbc.com and
Microsoft.com and some of your own sites. If you're at all typical =
you're
in for a shock to find out how your sites are not as well set up as you
thought.=20
