Hang on whatever happen to:
    Either call your web server up by IP number..
Or you can use your computers name...
If you ar eusign PWS you can make sure your server has started the service
and while you are examining the Server Manager you should see the address..
It will look like:
http://whateveryournameis
Just click it.. If you are not sure then use your current IP settings... I.e
107.99.99.88
or try localhost
