Hi:

One way I can think of doing this would be to have the page in a table with
a 100% width.  For the information at the top where you have the name of the
company, the address and the logo, create three cells with the first cell
aligned on the left (for the Company Name), the middle cell in the centre
(for the company address) and the right cell aligned to the right (for the
company logo).  Then create another table and have it centred on the page
for the remainder of the information.
