I would like to grab a single image from a short video clip and paste it
into PaintShopPro.
Are there any programs out there that will allow me to do that?
The video was taken with an ordinary video cam (not digital) and I've got it
on my computer. I can edit the video with my software but none of the
programs I have will allow me to copy a single frame so I can paste it into
PaintShopPro. There is a cool shot that I'd like to use on a website.
