Affiliate click thief

Hi List,
I need a good technique for laying into someone who is "just wondering if
you knew anything about those false banner click generators or random ip
click generators".  This person evidently has a site which consists entirely
of
affiliate programs.
I have heard from her several times seeking free consultation on various
subjects. I've explained that  my time is largely taken up in dealing with
paying clients.
I'm so appalled by this latest one, and would appreciate any input on ways
of making it VERY clear that I consider this a disgusting thing to even
consider.
