Oanda do it for $40 a month, i have not found a free one (oanda was free =
but now charges)
there's also xe.com

Does anyone know of a free (preferably XML) currency exchange rate data=20
feed? Preferably live but optionally delayed. Must update more than once =

day :-) Cannot be a "currency converter" type - we want to do (server =
side)=20
currency conversions from a fixed Euro to live current US$ and AUD$ and =
embed=20
them directly into a web page.
