Script to bypass passwords

We are setting up some new things on a corporate intranet where each user
has their own homepage with information specific to them.  One of the
components we'd like to add is web based email.  We've got this part figured
out but want to have a link on each users page that they could click to
instantly access their email.  Does anyone know of a script, preferably
.asp, that would effectively enter their username and password so they
wouldn't have to worry about this step?  Just click the link and they're
into their mail??

Any information or ideas will be *greatly* appreciated.
