Hmm.. I'm not totally sure what you're after, but here you go.
Why not use .PDF (Adobe Acrobat) files? Adobe now have an online converter
if you dont want to buy the full product.
Or, you could just mark it up in HTML.
It would help if I had a clearer picture of what you need...
