CSS, Images, & Netscape

Hi Guys

OK...I should have looked around a little more.  I downloaded Netscape 4 to
test with and if you don't specify background-color you can get some weird
stuff happening.  Like:
- the browser became transparent to application windows that were behind it.
- scrolling did that weird thing where the text looked like it was being
dragged/repeated down the page
- Yuk!

I can only manage one version here.  Are there any other problems I need to
know about in other versions of Netscape?  I've looked at the compatiblity
charts but I thought if something wasn't supported it just wouldn't display.
I had no idea it would show up in some other bizarro-world way.
