cgi on NT server

Hi everyone,

First, thanks for all the very valuable info and help from everyone here!
You are all great :)

Second, I have a cgi script, nethern-mail, set up at
www.hccpta.org/formtest.html . This is my first experience with NT servers
and when I submit the form this is the error I get:

%1 is not a valid Windows NT application.

My tech person had me remove the path to perl because it is an NT server. I
have several emails in to him now, but no answer yet. Maybe someone has an
idea of what this error means? We have a lot of visitors that use browsers
that don't support the mailto command and really need to get this form
working.
