Hi all,
I've finally ventured into the realms of Dreamweaver's templates and hit a
snag that I can't seem to find an answer to.
I can create a template without any problems and define editable regions
(including - finally - ones which allow me to enter additional paragraphs).
What I can't modify or mark as editable are the meta tags. For most pages,
this won't be a problem. There are, however, going to be different key
words and descriptions required for others.
I've tried editing the meta tags once the template was applied and only the
title tag would accept any changes. I tried to make the meta tags editable,
but the option was greyed out.
So what's the answer? Don't use the template for those pages? Or am I
better of using library items for those things that must be consistent
across multiple pages of the same level?
Eagerly awaiting your replies,
