Netscape 4.79 <table> oddity

Hi all,

I've just started creating a site for a local quilting group, and have a
problem with the home page and Netscape 4.79.  The site is at
http://members.aardvark.net.au/craig/ (none of the links go anywhere yet).

If you view this screenshot
http://members.aardvark.net.au/craig/nn-screenshot.gif , I have pointed out
the problem I am having.  It's a blue bar just below the buttons and also in
the text navigation at the bottom.  Funny thing is it doesn't show when I view
it locally ( http://members.aardvark.net.au/craig/nn-screenshot2.gif ).  The
page validates and the blue bar doesn't show in other browsers I've tested
with. I don't have a clue why it is doing this :)
