Before this thread I was only surveying 2 sites now I'm 
swamped. The only decent services I can find are all
in the states so I'm not expecting any fast ping results.

The 2 sites I am starting with are:-
communitech at           http://www.communitech.net/
and
hurricane electric at    http://www.he.net/

Has anyone already tried either of these hosts and if 
so could you let us know how you rate them.
