Norton Ad blockingby "Mary Alward" <maryalward(at)earthlink.net> |

UntitledI recently installed Norton's Internet Security Family Edition. I selected the option to block ads. A few days later when viewing one of my customer sites, I noticed that the main top graphic was not displaying. I right clicked the area and found a small transparent gif substituted where I expected my large banner graphic. The problem was that I had named my graphic "banner.jpg" and Norton blocked it. I have since renamed the graphic and disabled this feature from Norton. I don't want to block ads badly enough to miss a valid graphic. This is just a heads up to anyone naming their graphics banner.gif or banner.jpg. Some people with this software may not see your graphic. Mary Alward www.iWebTown.com
