You are trying to use your Dialup ISP's mail server without being logged
into it. Most ISP's (I know I do) will not allow relaying off of their mail
server. This is a common practice of spammers to avoid using their own mail
servers to avoid being detected and to escape mail floods from people
retaliating for spam.
