Curious browser size...

Hey folks - quick question: I have an option for testing a browser
resolution of 720x480 within the settings of this computer (17" screen, IBM
compatible). What browser has this capacity, other than changing it within
the browser itself? I'm hearing that it isn't a standard resolution, but I
want to hear from you all to see what I'm missing (if anything).
