Marketing ... what do they know?  Common sense (let alone the standard)
would say that you cannot have more than one title tag in a valid document.
Which of a series would a browser display?  The first, the last, the
shortest, the longest?  The browser would be free to choose whichever, even
none of them.  I'd stick with one and one only, and use meta tags or content
to provide more keywords.
