Need a "quote cgi script"

Hi Gang,

I have exhausted every cgi sript place on the web, I am looking
for a cgi script that will allow people to pick from a list of items
press a button and receive an approximate quote for these combined
items.
I have seen this on another site, but can't find it now.

I remember seeing it referenced as  "quote.cgi"  so that is what I have
been looking for, but I can't find this anywhere.  The only quote scripts
I find are for random quotes, that is not what I am looking for.

I want drop menus with various items listed, maybe several drop menus
then when the button is pressed it adds up the items selected and gives
an approximate quote.

Does this animal really exhist or would this have to be written special?
