I have current PHP/MySQL/Apache running locally on Win2k and Linux, and have
had them running on Win98 in the past....quite easy to set up nowadays,
thanks to lots of new Windows-specific additionals to all 3 projects.

I would like to learn PHP but my ISP does not provide it. As far as ASP, I
have another computer that is running Win 95 that I have set up PSP on so I
could use it as a test environment for ASP. I'm also looking into SQL (which
so far to me seems pretty easy to understand). Thanks again for everyone's
