Chiming in with the others, we use it on our sites and for its cost (the big
zero), it pays for itself. And as Stephen mentioned, it's still in Beta --
the 1 series, in fact, if I remember correctly. For someone who works in
software development, I find it a pretty sophisticated Beta.
Yeah, it has its glitches and server problems are going to be inevitable
since you truly are relying on their servers. The only thing on your site
is really just the link fragment that connects to their hardware/software.
As they grow and demand on their hardware increases, they'll have growing
pains.
Be aware also that the ultimate goal of most "free" services that feeds
directly from their server is to make a little money for the creators, which
usually means ads. At least Human Click tells you that and so far, so good.
Like I wrote, we use them, we like them, no complaints about the product,
and any glitches have been understandable and forgivable (at least from us!
<snicker>). And the cost/benefit ratio is marvelous.... hahaha....
