But the form itself won't pull the data that corresponds to each of the 3
columns out of a database or storage area for the information contained
within the 3 columns.  For that, you will need a server-side scripting
language such as ASP, PHP, JSP, WebDNA or Cold Fusion amongst others.  You
will use a form to submit the form and variable information to the server
where the landing page would then be displayed with the found recordset.
