I agree.  Typically my clients aren't knowledgeable enough about the
Internet or computers in general to be able to separate a PDF creator from a
website designer from a graphics artist from a programmer, etc.  So I try to
provide whatever they need regardless of whether I can do it or if I have to
find someone to do the things I am not proficient at (yet!).
