Viewing Oddities on MSIE 6 - Sort of Off Topic

Hello all,

I have been working on my hubbies website as of late, and I think but not
sure, I am having
some video card issues, but when I visit in Netscape 6.2.3  XPpro this page

Notice there are missing FORM fields also.

If anyone esle sees this would you let me know?  And if so what bowser, and
video card do you have?

The borders are controlled by CSS and they only go down so far on the table,
and then stop.
This doesn't happen on MSIE 6 at all.
I have looked on my other systems, and the site is fine.
This is an ATI 32Mb Xpert 2000 card, and I am wondering, if anyone can
suggest one
that might work better..
My mainboard is a Gigabyte 7ZXE with 512 Mb Ram.  My other half says I am
pushing
my system way too hard, having too many things open at once, and I do, but
sorry that is how I have to work sometimes.  All this computer equipment I
should be
able to work this thing to death! :-)

Anyway for all you out there that are as hard on your computers as me, could
you suggest another
video card that won't be a tempermental as the ATI?
