Are you talking about the <base> tag for defining the base for all the links
from a page?
If yes, I don't know the syntax, ... maybe others?

Subject: SSL Pages

I'm working on setting up a sub-set of pages under SSL for one of our
clients. Since we've built the site using relative links (for transporting
between test and operational domains) it's not exactly easy to include
links to certain pages as https://

I've put this line in the httpd.conf file so that it will redirect the
directory to the secure site:

Redirect /sample/admin https://www.whateversitehere.com/sample/admin

This works perfectly for re-directing users to the https address. However
since all of the links are relative on the site that means when they click
on pages that should not be protected they're still using ssl to browse the
rest of the site.

What method is there to re-direct back to the http:// address? I've seen
reference to this on a few web sites, but nobody seems to be able to include
an example that I can get to work on my server (Apache).

Thanks,
Jay
